Introducing Black & White Contest
Black is the color of objects that do not emit or reflect light in any part of the visible spectrum; they absorb all such frequencies of light. Although black is sometimes described as an "achromatic", or hueless, color, in practice it can be considered a color.
+ Common connotations: darkness, secrecy, and mystery; silence and concealment; death (including execution), Halloween; end, chaos, and lack; evil, bad luck, and crime; conversely, elegance, anarchy, Rebellion, Non-Conformity, Individuality.
White is a color, the perception which is evoked by light that stimulates all three types of color sensitive cone cells in the human eye in nearly equal amounts and with high brightness compared to the surroundings. A white visual stimulation will be void of hue and grayness.
+ Common connotations: purity, softness, lack, snow, ice, heaven, peace, life, clean, air, light, clouds, nothing, frost, good, cotton, angels, winter, innocence.Source: [link] [link] Contest Rules

so... do the entries have to be created within the contest's time frame? it kinda wasn't mentioned. i'd rather just submit an artwork of mine that's a year old that fits the criteria.
i wouldn't be surprised if i was wrong, but it would be awesome if i was right.
I'll enter for fun~~~
